Say your team in Manila or Jakarta runs a Notion workspace with three Custom Agents doing weekly reporting. Until May 3, 2026, those runs were free. A quiet billing switch flipped that a day later, and unless someone read the changelog, the first sign of it is a workspace where every agent has stopped running mid-month. That's the kind of update this window turned up: not flashy, but the kind that breaks a workflow if nobody's watching.

Notion

Custom Agents were free to run on Business and Enterprise plans through 2026-05-03. Starting 2026-05-04, every run draws down Notion Credits, priced at $10 per 1,000 credits, sold as an add-on billed alongside the existing Business or Enterprise subscription. Credits pool across the whole workspace, reset each billing cycle, and do not roll over. Run out mid-cycle and every Custom Agent in the workspace pauses immediately -- scheduled runs during the gap are skipped, not queued, so they don't fire retroactively once credits are topped up. Standard AI Agents and Ask Notion stay included in the flat per-seat price; this charge is specific to Custom Agents. Free and Plus workspaces don't have Custom Agents at all, so the charge only lands on teams already paying for Business or Enterprise.

On 2026-07-01, Notion shipped version 3.6. The headline feature is External Agents: Claude and Cursor are the first two brought directly into a shared Notion UI, where a team can assign them tasks from a board and @-mention them like a teammate, with more agent integrations planned. The same release adds an HTML block that runs HTML, CSS, and JavaScript inside a page -- Notion's own examples are ROI calculators, quizzes, and org charts -- and it renders on every plan, including Free, with Notion AI able to generate the block's contents from a prompt. Meeting Notes now attach speaker labels, and Notion Agents can read and write Excel, PowerPoint, and Word files, not just Notion-native content.

Put together: a Southeast Asian team on Business with Custom Agents already running needs to check its credit balance now, since the free period closed over three months before this write-up. A team not yet on Custom Agents gets the HTML block and External Agents at no extra charge on top of its existing plan.

Multiplier

On 2026-04-30, Multiplier launched Global Payroll Payments, built on payments infrastructure from Navro, a London-based payments-curation platform. The new layer handles gross-to-net calculation, local tax deductions, and multi-currency disbursement inside one flow, across the 150+ countries where Multiplier already runs Employer of Record and payroll -- a footprint that includes most of Multiplier's Southeast Asian markets. The press announcement did not disclose a separate price for the Navro-powered payments layer; Multiplier's baseline EOR rate remains a flat $400 per employee per month, and no filing or release found in this search names a distinct fee for Global Payroll Payments itself. Treat that as an open question for any buyer evaluating it, not a confirmed free inclusion.

Duitku

Duitku's public API changelog logged a QRIS callback change in June 2026 (day not specified in the documentation): the payment callback now returns customerName and issuer account info alongside the settlementDate and issuerCode fields it already sent. For a merchant reconciling QRIS payments against orders, that's the difference between matching a payment by amount and timestamp alone versus matching it to a named payer. An earlier 2026 change, logged for April, added an HMAC-based signature option and marked the older MD5 and SHA256 signature methods obsolete -- still functional as of this writing, but flagged for merchants integrated against the old scheme to migrate off. No subscription or per-transaction pricing changes were found for Duitku this window.

Coverage note

All three updates above carry either an exact date from an official release page or help-center article (Notion), a PR Newswire-syndicated exact date (Multiplier), or a dated entry in a vendor's own API changelog (Duitku).

Three other candidates got dropped from this window. Sapo and KiotViet, the two Vietnamese POS/e-commerce vendors this tracker planned to lead with, were both unreachable through this network's egress proxy at research time -- sapo.vn and kiotviet.vn could not be fetched directly. Search-indexed snippets did surface dated Sapo items (an Offline Event-to-Conversion-API sync and a Sapo Tax filing feature, both dated to Q1 2026) and a KiotViet e-invoice bundling change, but every one of those predates this 30-60 day window by two to five months, so none qualified as current. StoreHub's update blog was likewise unreachable, and the only dated QuickBooks Online integration item the search index returned for StoreHub traced back to a 2015 post, not 2026. HitPay's Borderless QR feature is real and well-documented, but it launched 2026-01-28 -- outside this window by more than six months, so it stays out today and may be worth a look-back entry rather than a current one.

Read one line here and make it Notion's May 4 credit switch. A feature that was free for months just started metering by the run, and the workspace where nobody checks the credits page finds out mid-quarter, not on the day the pricing model changed.
