How We Evaluate Software
Most software directories rank tools based on global popularity or advertising spend. software-listing.com is different. Our rankings are powered by our proprietary SEA Operational Scoring framework.
What "verified" means here
We read what vendors publish: pricing pages, documentation, regional pages, terms and privacy policies, plus public records. A verified claim carries the URL it came from and the date we read it. We do not run hands-on tests of the software, so nothing on this site is a test result. When a vendor confirms or corrects a fact directly, the page says it is vendor-confirmed and gives the date, and it is never presented as our own finding.
Researched and written with AI
The research and writing on this site are done by AI models, directed by the site's founder. An AI that fills a gap with a plausible guess is worse than useless in a directory, which is the reason for every rule on this page: sources and dates on verified claims, no default values, open questions instead of assumed absences, and vendor corrections published as vendor-confirmed. If a page is wrong, tell us at [email protected] and it gets fixed.
Our Zero-Fabrication Rule
If a claim cannot be traced to a published source or a dated vendor confirmation, we mark it "Not verified" or leave it out. An empty field stays empty: no default ratings, no default dates. What a vendor's site does not mention is recorded as an open question, not as a finding. We never fabricate data to fill a leaderboard.

Ranking Calculations
Our "Best for" rankings are calculated using weighted averages of the five dimensions. For example, our "Best CRM for Thailand" ranking places a 40% weight on **Thailand Fit** and 20% on **LINE OA Readiness**, ensuring the top results reflect actual utility for Thai operators rather than global market cap.
