SEA SaaS Tracker: CTOS, Anchanto, and Detrack Updates

Daily changelog tracking Southeast Asian SaaS updates: CTOS's AI-powered CMX credit platform launched at SME Biz Day 2026 in Malaysia, Anchanto's June 2026 integration update (Amazon Easy Ship, Velocity E-store, TikTok catalogue), and Detrack's 2026 feature recap covering Scheduling View and Capacity Tracking. No subscription pricing changes were disclosed by any of the three this cycle.

Three updates landed this cycle, dated 2026-06-09 through 2026-07-27, and they don't share a thread beyond geography: CTOS in Malaysia, Anchanto in Singapore, Detrack also in Singapore. None of the three touched their subscription pricing. What actually shipped: one AI credit-decisioning platform rolling out in Malaysia, one Philippines retail deployment plus three marketplace integrations out of Singapore, and a mid-year feature recap from a delivery vendor. That last one reads more like a highlight reel than a release note.

CTOS Digital (Malaysia)

  • 2026-06-09: Launched CMX, a credit portfolio-management platform, at CTOS SME Biz Day 2026 in Petaling Jaya. Over 1,500 SME founders and business owners showed up. It's the first of three planned city editions for 2026 — Penang and Johor Bahru follow.
  • CMX ships a redesigned interface, AI-powered decision-support tools, and an early trade reference (eTR) capability meant to flag credit risk sooner than CTOS's older tools could.
  • Rollout is progressive through the rest of 2026, full launch targeted by year-end. That's the same cautious cadence CTOS used for its last two platform migrations, so don't expect a big-bang switch.
  • Also disclosed in the same window: a revamped consumer mobile app for H1 2026, and new credit-scoring models built on telecom and digital-payment data, planned over the next 12 to 18 months. Management has said it wants alternative-data products to reach 5-10% of group revenue within three years.
  • No subscription or credit-report pricing change was disclosed for CMX. Worth noting for context: an ordinary MyCTOS Score report still costs a Malaysian consumer RM27.90 including SST, unchanged and unrelated to this launch.
  • CMX is the more consequential move on paper — a public company tying an AI platform to a stated revenue target is a real bet, not a feature ship. But "progressive rollout" means most SMEs won't touch it until closer to year-end, so treat this as an early marker, not something to act on yet.

Anchanto (Singapore)

  • 2026-06-23: National Book Store, Inc. — the Philippines chain with 260+ locations — signed to run Anchanto's Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) across its online channels and store network. That's a genuinely large single deployment for a Singapore-based OMS vendor to land.
  • Anchanto's own "Integrations Update — June 2026" post lists three changes shipped the same month:
    • Amazon Easy Ship integration live in Singapore. It auto-identifies Easy Ship orders, generates shipping labels, and syncs shipment data inside Anchanto OMS. Other countries are planned for later phases.
    • A new Velocity E-store integration, for merchants selling into Australia through Velocity Frequent Flyer's rewards marketplace. Inventory, orders, catalogue, and promotions all run from Anchanto OMS.
    • TikTok catalogue support updated to match TikTok's move from a 3-level to a 7-level product category hierarchy — a fiddly change, but one that breaks catalogue sync silently if a vendor skips it.
  • No pricing change was disclosed for any Anchanto module. For reference, Anchanto's published starting price sits at SGD 800 per month, which puts it firmly in mid-market OMS territory rather than the SME self-serve tier.
  • The National Book Store deal is the number that matters here, not the integrations. Landing a 260-store retail chain says more about Anchanto's enterprise sales motion than three routine catalogue updates do.

Detrack (Singapore)

  • Detrack's own post, "Detrack's top features released in 2026 so far" (detrack.com/blog/icymi-26), published on or around 2026-07-27, recaps 20 features shipped across the year. It doesn't date each one individually, which makes it more marketing recap than changelog.
  • Two worth flagging. Scheduling View is a calendar-style per-driver timeline that replaces whiteboards and shared-calendar workarounds. Capacity Tracking is a live daily or 30-day-history view of load by weight, cubic metres, and pallet count, with colour-coded imbalance flags.
  • A third, Customizable Status Labels, lets users rename default job statuses, with the change carrying across job views, maps, routes, reports, tracking widgets, and rate cards.
  • No pricing change was disclosed. Detrack's own starting price is USD 25 per month, not denominated in a local SEA currency, which tracks with how it sells — a global rate card rather than a market-by-market one.
  • A recap post isn't a release note, and Detrack blurs that line by presenting 20 features as one 2026-07-27 event. We're logging the publish date, not 20 invented ship dates.

Coverage note

Zero pricing-tier changes across all three this cycle. CTOS earns the closest read of the three, for the reasons above. Anchanto's real story is the National Book Store deployment, not the three integrations that shipped alongside it; a 260-store retail win says more about where Anchanto is selling than any catalogue update does. Detrack's is a self-reported recap rather than a single dated release, which limits how precisely we can log it. We're flagging that gap rather than assigning dates that were never published. None of the three had been the primary subject of an earlier cycle in this tracker.
