For software vendors

A sourced listing you have checked yourself. ฿1,000, once.

The fee pays for editorial work: reading your public pages, writing a profile where every claim has a source, and running it past you before it goes live. It is a verification fee. It is not a placement fee, and it changes nothing about how a tool is scored or ranked here.

What the fee covers
  • Triage: is this a real product with a real Southeast Asia offering?
  • A profile written only from your own public pages, every claim carrying a source URL and the date we read it.
  • A fact-check round: you see the draft and correct it before it goes live.
  • A "vendor-verified" note with the date you confirmed the facts.
  • Inclusion in the site's llms.txt feeds, the same as every tool record here.
  • One free re-verification within 6 months, when your pricing or features change.
What it never buys
  • A score. Scores come from the published methodology.
  • A ranking position, or a place on any "best" list.
  • A favourable review, or softer wording.
  • Removal of limitations. If your own pages show a gap, the profile says so.
  • A followed link. Outbound links on a fee-paid listing carry rel="sponsored nofollow", and the page is labelled as fee-paid.
Scope

Southeast Asia, or a refund

This directory covers software sold in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore. A listing needs something real for one of those markets that we can point to on your site: a local payment rail, a marketplace or LINE integration, local-language support, a regional entity or regional pricing. If triage finds nothing of the kind, we decline, refund the full ฿1,000 and publish nothing.

Process

Six steps

  1. Step 1

    Pay the fee

    Pay ฿1,000 through Stripe Checkout. The amount is fixed, and Stripe emails you a receipt.

  2. Step 2

    Send the form

    Stripe brings you back to the form below with your payment reference attached. Tell us the product, the markets you serve and the pages we should read.

  3. Step 3

    Triage, or a full refund

    We check the product is real and sold in Southeast Asia. If it is out of scope, the fee goes back in full and nothing is published.

  4. Step 4

    Sourced draft

    We build the profile from your public pages only: pricing, docs, regional pages. Nothing is taken from a pitch email.

  5. Step 5

    You fact-check it

    You get the draft and tell us what is wrong. Corrections need a public source we can cite.

  6. Step 6

    Live

    The page goes live, labelled as fee-paid and vendor-verified, with its sources listed.
