HubSpot
HubSpot quietly flipped how it bills its Breeze AI agents on 2026-04-14. The Customer Agent used to cost a flat $1.00 per conversation, win or lose. Now it's $0.50, but only for conversations that actually get resolved. The Prospecting Agent moved the same direction: $1.00 per recommended lead instead of a flat rate.
That sounds like a discount. It isn't, once you add up the full stack. You still need a Service Hub Professional or Enterprise seat, from $90/seat/mo, roughly THB 3,240 at today's rate. Add $0.50 per resolved conversation on top of that. Add a one-time onboarding fee of $1,500 to $3,500. Add HubSpot Credits that expire monthly whether you use them or not. A support desk resolving 200 conversations a day is paying $100 a day just for the agent, before the seat and before onboarding.
The July 31 Developer Rollup was less about money and more about ceilings. The owner-properties limit jumped from 50 to 250 per object type. Webhooks Journal batch size went from 100 records per S3 file to up to 10,000 records or 5MB, whichever hits first. Connected Apps got a new historical API usage chart, and Contract Imports plus the Payment Links API, including a new DELETE endpoint, moved into public beta.
The same rollup renamed and expanded Commerce Hub into Revenue Hub. Sequence-created tasks and calendar-synced meetings now auto-associate with contacts, companies, and deals, following each account's existing automatic-association settings. The Customer Agent can now pull images from a matching knowledge source into short answers. Conversations auto-route to it whenever no human agents are free or all are at capacity.
No new price change turned up for HubSpot's CRM or Marketing Hub subscription tiers in this window. The April change only touches how the Breeze AI agents are metered, not what a seat costs.

VNPAY
VNPAY spent this window signing partnerships, not changing prices. On 2026-07-15, NCB launched VietQR Cross-Border Payment, letting a traveller scan a VietQR Global code at a Vietnamese merchant with whatever banking or e-wallet app they already have on their home phone. On 2026-07-28, VietinBank and VNPAY signed a cooperation agreement for a Digital Payment and Tax Filing package aimed at business households, routing electronic tax payments through VNPAY's rails.
Zoom out and the pattern is bigger than these two deals. Back on 2026-02-11, NAPAS and VNPAY signed a Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement covering cross-border QR acceptance for tourists from Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia. Shinhan Bank partnered on POS services on 2026-04-08, and Vietbank signed a similar tax-payment agreement the next day. VNLIFE, VNPAY's parent, closed a $250M Series B in May 2026. General Atlantic and Dragoneer led it, with PayPal Ventures and EDBI joining in.
That's a company building rails, not raising prices. No merchant fee or subscription-tier change showed up anywhere in primary sources this window. If you're a Hanoi merchant already on VNPAY, none of this touches your bill. It's about who else can now pay you.

Canva
Canva announced Grow 2.0 at Cannes Lions on 2026-06-25. The headline feature is unified ad creation and publishing across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn without leaving Canva. Bulk Publish skips the manual export-then-upload dance per platform, and Multi-Platform Reporting gives one view of ad performance across all three. It shipped the same day in North America, Australia, and the UK.
Southeast Asia is not on that list. Canva says more markets are coming "in the coming months," which is vague enough to mean anything. A Jakarta or Manila social team can't touch Grow 2.0 yet, even though the original Canva Grow launched back in October 2025.
Pricing didn't move either. Canva Pro still runs $18/mo, or about $12/mo billed annually, roughly MYR 85 a month at current rates. Canva Business is $25/user/mo, about $250/user/yr, or close to SGD 34/user/mo, unchanged since the per-seat Business repricing that took effect in 2025. For a five-person Bangkok agency paying Business tier for the whole team, that's still the same bill it was last year.

Coverage note
None of the three vendors touched subscription pricing this window. HubSpot changed how its Breeze AI agents get billed, outcome-based instead of per-conversation, which is a metering shift, not a seat-price hike. VNPAY's confirmed moves are integration and bank-partnership announcements, full stop. Canva shipped a real feature, Grow 2.0, that Southeast Asian merchants still can't use.
What actually shipped this cycle: an AI-agent billing-model change at HubSpot, two bank-integration agreements at VNPAY, and one ad-platform feature launch at Canva that's off-limits in this region for now.
