Cliniter Dental Management is a Thai dental practice-management system whose second version was rebuilt from what the vendor describes as real usage across 200 dental clinic branches. It is dental-first rather than a general clinic system with a dental module bolted on: the tooth chart, diagnosis records, procedure logging, treatment history and treatment planning are the spine of the product. It also handles the commercial side Thai dental groups care about — DF (doctor fee) recording against the duty roster, treatment-rights handling, stock, payments, medical certificates and reporting. Pricing is published per branch per year and excludes VAT, which makes it one of the easier Thai clinic systems to model for a multi-branch group.
Dental is the one clinic vertical in Thailand where a general practice-management system genuinely does not fit — the tooth chart, per-tooth procedure history and DF splits between the clinic and visiting dentists have no equivalent in a beauty or GP clinic workflow. Cliniter is built specifically for it and states its second version came from usage across 200 dental branches. Its per-branch, per-year pricing (excluding VAT) is unusually transparent for the Thai market, where most clinic vendors quote only after a demo, and it lets a group with several sites calculate total cost before contacting sales.

It is the most regionally spread option in the SEA dental-software set: the interface ships in Thai, English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia, which makes it the realistic choice for a group operating clinics across more than one SEA market. It is also the only clinic system in this category found to hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, running on Microsoft Azure with a 99.9% uptime SLA — relevant when the data in question is patient health records. Staff commission calculation, time tracking and Google Reviews integration sit alongside the clinical modules.
Almost every clinic system serving Southeast Asia is single-country: built in Thailand for Thai clinics, or in Indonesia for Indonesian ones, with the local language and local tax documents baked in and nothing beyond the border. kumoDent is the exception in the dental set — a Malaysian vendor shipping Thai, English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia in the same product, which is what a dental group expanding from Kuala Lumpur into Bangkok or Jakarta actually needs. The ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification is the other regional differentiator: no Thai dental vendor found publishes an equivalent, and it is the kind of claim that survives a corporate procurement review.
