SEA SaaS Tracker: 2026-09-04
Dated log of vendor pricing and feature changes for Xendit, KiotViet, and Sapo over the last cycle. Every line below is sourced.
Xendit
- A new Xendit Processing Fee applies to every transaction attempt — payment acceptance, payouts, and refunds, including failed attempts. It takes effect 2026-10-01 (2026-09-01 for merchants contracted to Xendit Philippines Inc.). The fee amount varies by country and payment method, and Xendit has not published a flat rate.
- A Monthly Minimum Fee of USD 50 (or local-currency equivalent) now applies to accounts classified as Dormant. That means no transactions within 180 calendar days of go-live or the last transaction, or a total monthly invoice under USD 50 excluding chargeback fees. It starts 2026-10-01.
- A Monthly Maintenance Fee of USD 250 (or local-currency equivalent) now applies to merchants still on Xendit's legacy API. It also starts 2026-10-01 — the same date set as the migration deadline to the current Payments and Payouts API.
- Xendit confirmed no new Shopee, TikTok Shop, VietQR, PromptPay, or GCash integration this cycle.
Three new fees, all layered onto the existing schedule rather than replacing it. None of them touch the published list price.

KiotViet
- KiotViet signed a cooperation agreement with NAPAS on 2026-08-05 to deploy VietQRPay on its platform and expand VietQRGlobal. The pitch: international tourists scan a QR code with their home-country banking app and pay Vietnamese merchants directly.
- No rollout date or per-merchant pricing for the VietQRPay activation has been published yet.
- No pricing-tier change confirmed for KiotViet this cycle.

Sapo
- Sapo POS's August 2026 update added serial/IMEI-based product tracking. Store owners can now manage inventory quantity, warranty periods, and after-sales policy per individual unit by its IMEI/Serial code.
- The same update added batch expiration-date alerts and a batch product report, surfacing which lots are nearing expiry before they need clearing or discounting.
- It also added a single payment voucher ("phiếu chi") that auto-applies a payment across multiple purchase orders marked "received but unpaid" or "partially paid". One voucher settles them all, instead of closing each purchase order on its own.
- No pricing-tier change confirmed for Sapo this cycle.

What didn't move this cycle
No pricing-tier change turned up for Sapo or KiotViet. KiotViet's VietQR expansion via NAPAS is the only local-integration news in this batch — Xendit and Sapo added none.
