BossCarSoft
Automotive · Paid · Free tier · SEA
BossCarSoft is a web-based management system for Thai used-car lots (เต็นท์รถมือสอง), built and supported from Ubon Ratchathani and Nakhon Ratchasima rather than Bangkok. It covers vehicle stock by status, bookings and sales, income and expenses, finance (ไฟแนนซ์) submissions, document storage against each car, and a CRM layer. The detail that separates it from generic inventory software is สคบ. document printing: Thailand's Office of the Consumer Protection Board mandates a specific contract format for used-vehicle sales, and BossCarSoft generates it directly from the vehicle record instead of leaving staff to fill a template by hand. The vendor states 50+ car lots across Thailand and Laos use it, and offers a free trial.
Used-car retail in Thailand runs on paperwork with no foreign equivalent. Consumer Protection Board (สคบ.) paperwork and submissions to Thai hire-purchase lenders are part of closing a deal rather than an afterthought — and vehicle hire-purchase is itself a contract-controlled business under the Contract Committee's 2565 (2022) announcement, which caps used-vehicle hire-purchase interest at 15% per year. Generic inventory or POS software handles none of it, which is why lots keep parallel Word templates. BossCarSoft generates สคบ. documents from the vehicle record and tracks finance submissions natively. It is also one of the few Thai vertical tools with declared customers in Laos, where the used-car trade is closely tied to Thai supply.

COMMACAR
Automotive · Paid · SEA
COMMACAR (marketed as the TENTCAR program) is a Thai used-car lot management system from Twin Software Solutions. It covers vehicle records, maintenance and reconditioning jobs, customers and referrers, income and expenses, staff payroll, a calendar, a dashboard and database backups, and it ships a customer-facing storefront website driven from the same stock data — so cars listed for sale on the lot's public page come from the inventory record rather than being posted separately. Its practical distinction in this category is commercial rather than technical: COMMACAR publishes a tiered annual price list on its own site, where every comparable Thai vendor quotes only on request.
Thai vertical software almost never publishes pricing. COMMACAR's own page previously carried an annual price list; as of 2026-08-17 all three TENTCAR tiers show สอบถาม (enquire) instead, which makes every one of the four used-car lot systems and the one franchise DMS in this category quote-only. The product still reflects how Thai used-car lots actually sell: referrers (ผู้แนะนำ) are tracked as a first-class entity alongside customers, and reconditioning work is logged against the individual vehicle, which is where the margin on a used car is won or lost.
Dealer Vision
Automotive · Paid · SEA
Dealer Vision is a dealer management system (DMS) from Senior Com, a Thai software company that has been building for authorised vehicle dealers for over two decades. It runs on cloud rather than the on-premise servers the category grew up on, which the vendor positions as the cost difference against traditional dealer enterprise software, and it is usable from smartphone and tablet as well as desktop. The system spans accounts payable and receivable with invoicing and online payment, master data for products, customers, dealers and staff, pricing and discount control, user access control, and a reporting layer covering sales and revenue, inventory, finance, customers and vendors, and service performance, with a custom report builder. Notifications go out by email, phone and LINE, and the platform explicitly handles head-office-to-dealer communication — the structural requirement that separates a franchise network from an independent lot.
Thailand's franchised dealer networks have run on locally built DMS software for two decades, because a dealer's obligations to the brand — parts, warranty, aftersales reporting up to head office — are structured around the local distributor rather than the manufacturer directly. Senior Com is the incumbent in that niche and has been publicly described as a leader in the Thai DMS market; its newer DV Platform was launched in 2025 as a cloud-native successor covering sales, aftersales and parts, positioned around the shift to EVs. LINE notification is included as standard, which is the ordinary channel for reaching a Thai customer about a service booking.

Suparat Motor Car System
Automotive · Paid · SEA
Motor Car System (MCS) is the vehicle sales product from Suparat Computer Corp., a Thai software house that builds for the automotive trade specifically rather than adapting a general accounting package. MCS handles purchasing, payment, retail and wholesale sale, receipts, customer history, stock control and the document set a Thai dealership issues. What distinguishes Suparat in this category is coverage across the whole dealership rather than one function: separate products exist for hire-purchase and leasing finance (เช่าซื้อ ลิสซิ่ง ไฟแนนซ์), parts and the service centre (อะไหล่ และศูนย์บริการ), vehicle registration with insurance and compulsory motor insurance (ทะเบียน ประกันภัย พ.ร.บ.), short-term vehicle rental, and a web-based management report layer — alongside its own accounting package.
A Thai dealership is several businesses stacked together: it sells the vehicle, arranges the hire-purchase, registers it, sells the compulsory พ.ร.บ. motor insurance, then services it and sells the parts. Software built elsewhere treats those as separate systems, and Thai registration and พ.ร.บ. workflows have no foreign equivalent at all. Suparat covers each as its own module from one vendor, which is why it appears in dealership stacks that a used-car lot system cannot serve. Documentation and manuals are published in Thai for each module.
