If you're running a Shopify store out of Bangkok while also fulfilling orders through a courier network in Jakarta, three tools just moved under your feet this week. TrueProfit raised its Basic plan by $10 a month, MileApp shipped a video component for field teams, and StoreHub kept building out Malaysia's e-Invoice mandate. None of these changes are huge on their own. Together, they're worth five minutes of your Wednesday, especially if you're juggling more than one of these tools across different markets.
TrueProfit
The pricing jump stings if you're a small store watching every subscription line. A 40% increase in two months is steep for a tool that's supposed to save you money, not eat into it. The product changes this cycle are genuinely useful, though, which softens the blow a little.
- Pricing: Basic plan now $35/month as of Jul 9, 2026, up from $25/month in May -- a $10/month increase.
- May 12 (v9.32): Onboarding shortened to four steps -- Welcome, choose plan, review store settings, dashboard. A data-sync progress banner now shows right after signup.
- May 20 (v9.33): TrueProfit stopped charging the third-party transaction fee on PayPal orders when Shopify Payments is the store's primary gateway. Shopify already waives that fee in this case, so the old behavior was effectively double-charging merchants.
- May 22 (v9.34): PayPal fees now sync automatically from Shopify, past orders included. No manual PayPal connection step needed anymore.
- May 26 (v9.37): A new COGS Recalculation page. Cost updates apply only to new orders until you manually trigger recalculation on past ones -- easy to miss if you're not paying close attention.
- Jun 1 (v9.36): Shop Pay Installments fees now get their own line item instead of hiding under "Other."
- Jun 3 (v9.39): Dashboard redesign puts Net Profit at the top with period-over-period comparison built in. The date picker now matches Shopify's own "Last 7 days" and "Last 30 days" logic across every report page.
- Jun 16 (v9.41): Google Ads conversion events now feed back into Smart Bidding. Separately, role and permission changes take effect instantly, with a forced sign-out on both web and mobile.

MileApp
MileApp had a quiet cycle -- one real feature, no pricing moves. That's honestly a relief if you're the ops manager who has to explain plan changes to a dozen drivers every time something shifts. Not every update needs to be dramatic.
- Jun 17 (mobile app v1.37.3): Added a Video Component to the no-code flow builder. Field teams in the Philippines and Vietnam running last-mile delivery on MileApp can now embed video alongside the existing photo, signature, and voice-note components.
- Pricing held steady. Free tier costs nothing and covers 1,000 tasks with 10 vehicles for routing and one automation scenario. Pro runs IDR 2,500,000 a month for 2,500 tasks, with extra tasks billed at IDR 1,000 each, 50 vehicles for routing, and three automation scenarios. Enterprise is a custom quote with no caps.
- No new payment-rail or marketplace integrations this cycle -- nothing new for Shopee, TikTok Shop, VietQR, PromptPay, or GCash. MileApp's footprint is still route optimization, GPS tracking, and no-code field workflows for delivery, field sales, and field service teams.

StoreHub
This is the one to watch if you run a retail chain in Kuala Lumpur or Penang. Malaysia's e-Invoice mandate isn't optional, and StoreHub is clearly racing to keep merchants compliant before the next deadline hits.
- Pricing unchanged: Starter $39/month, Advanced $79/month, Pro $149/month, Enterprise custom -- the same starting price StoreHub has held since at least May 6, 2026.
- Malaysia's e-Invoice mandate under LHDN went live Jan 1, 2026 for businesses with RM1 million to RM5 million in annual turnover. Smaller businesses have until Jan 1, 2027. StoreHub added an E-Invoice Consolidation History page in BackOffice that shows monthly filing status and flags failures. It also exports to CSV for reconciliation, with records available from January 2026 onward.
- Receipts now carry a QR code. Customers scan it to request an e-Invoice through an LHDN-integrated page, and the invoice lands in their inbox within 30 seconds.
- The e-Invoice Product Classification Code is now optional instead of required on products. Merchants can turn on e-invoicing without reclassifying their entire catalog first.
- Payout fee and StoreHub-funded voucher invoices now go out weekly, every Sunday, instead of monthly.

If you're only tracking one of these, make it StoreHub. Malaysia's e-Invoice deadline creeps up fast, and BackOffice's new consolidation page is the difference between a clean filing and a scramble on Dec 31. TrueProfit's pricing move is worth a quick budget check too, and MileApp merchants can safely ignore this week's tracker and move on.
