Fresha

• Pricing model change (confirmed live on fresha.com/pricing, checked 2026-07-13): Fresha has eliminated its free core subscription. The platform now runs three paid tiers after a 7-day trial: Independent at $19.95/month (1 team member), Team at $14.95/month per bookable team member (unlimited team members), and Enterprise at custom rates for businesses with 20+ team members. This replaces the freemium model listed in Fresha's prior profile, where the core subscription was free and only add-ons were paid.
• Marketplace commission confirmed at 20%: New clients acquired via the Fresha Marketplace incur a one-time 20% commission with a minimum fee of $6 per client. Returning clients remain commission-free.
• Payment processing rates: 2.79% + $0.20 per online transaction, 2.29% + $0.20 + $0.10 tap-to-pay per in-person transaction, 3.30% + $0.20 for manual card entry.

Xendit

• Local integration / acquisition, announced 2026-07-08: Xendit fully absorbed Dragonpay, one of the Philippines' original alternative payment providers, five years after first investing in the company in August 2021. Dragonpay's 905 merchants and 44 banking/e-wallet partners now onboard directly onto Xendit's platform.
• This extends access to Xendit's 100+ payment methods, payouts, financing, and cross-border transfer tools for Philippine merchants previously running on Dragonpay's standalone rails (online banking, e-wallets, over-the-counter bank/convenience-store channels).
• Both Dragonpay and Xendit are registered Payment System Operators regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
• Xendit now operates directly across Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, and Hong Kong, following its 2025 acquisition of Malaysia's Payex and 2024 Thailand expansion.

Airwallex

• Local integration, released 2026-06-09 (Release Notes: June Edition): Vietnam Global Accounts now support direct VND collection from Shopee and TikTok Shop marketplace sales. Merchants create a Vietnam Global Account, connect their marketplace store to raise deposit limits, then bind the account to Shopee or TikTok Shop to receive Vietnamese dong locally.
• New product launch: Airwallex Billing went live in June 2026, covering invoicing in 130+ currencies (160+ local payment methods for customer payment), subscription management, usage-based billing, and automated global sales tax calculation with compliant local invoice generation for cross-border sellers.
• Payments: Airwallex POS in Hong Kong now accepts Octopus in-store, joining Octopus online, PayMe, Alipay HK, and FPS under one integration.
